Well, what an interesting and fascinating week it has been so far. I am writing this from my hotel bedroom in Bucharest in Romania. Packing right now and getting ready to go to Warsaw in Poland.

It is important to remember that the quality of our life is determined by the quality of questions we ask ourselves. Some people ask themselves very mediocre questions indeed. For example, “What time shall we go to down the pub?” Others look at someone who has achieved great things and ask themselves “Why not me?”. It is similar to the difference between “I can’t afford it” and “How can I afford it?”

My three boys made my wife a beautiful full cooked English breakfast and brought it to her in bed early this morning accompanied by lots of presents ( lots of chocolate actually) .

Most of today and tomorrow is going to be spent interviewing. We are using Skype and I have about 30 people booked in to assess. I’m currently looking for 2 full-time people. I’m looking for outsourced people, so they can be based anywhere.

I attended the recent residential weekend and I feel that I really must express my gratitude to Gerard and all at Noble Manhattan for the hard work that went in to making it an enormous success.
