Launching a new online radio station

Wednesday, February 10th, 2010

Although we are now only at the beginning of February it actually seems as if Christmas was many months ago.

Our International Distributors strategy is going very well.As many of you know we have opened offices in Romania within the last couple of years and also with our partners in Poland, Turkey and Canada and we now have the opportunity to partner with two more companies Internationally this year.

So if you know of any organizations or well-placed individuals that would be interested in talking to Noble Manhattan Coaching about partnering in their country, please let us know.

Our support group division is growing extremely well with five new support groups starting in Romania and five new in Poland within the next two months as well as that we are on target to launch at least 10 to 12 more in the UK by late summer.

Allan in Canada is doing extremely well and has got 3 regular meet up groups getting together every month in different areas south of Toronto with a total of over 60 people committed to coming each month.

The biggest stage of my recent book ” A Coach’s Story” is now complete. I am so glad that all of the writing has now been done.:-) Now we have to get it proof read, edited and then of course published. All being well it should be done and dusted and on the bookshelves by Easter.

We are also delighted to be able to announce that we have partnered with ” Catalyst Coaching” in the London area. It has been a real joy working with Catalyst, and over the last few months I have got to know their owner Nick Horan very well, in fact we have become good friends.

So from this month onwards we are delighted to be able to shoulder the burden of taking on all of the delivery of coach training for Catalyst allowing them to develop even stronger in their learning and development arenas. A partnership made in heaven

And as if all of that wasn’t enough we are just about to launch a most incredible face-to-face coaching course in London.

It will be 10 days face-to-face over a one-year period and we are calling it “A Coaching MasterClass with Supervision”

It will be suitable for All Coaches, All managers from organisations and even student coaches.

To find out more about this incredible course contact the office. ( very very special deals just for the first few!!)

We are also delighted to be able to announce that we are taking on a new general manager for our Noble Quest.

Our Coach Radio Division is building furiously right now under the leadership of Greg Evaristo. www.coachradiointernational.com

Greg is fast putting together an international team of business development associates, programmers, designers and professional broadcast trainers. It looks as if we will be able to launch properly at the end of this month.

I have also decided to take on some new Personal Coaching clients over the next few months. I will be doing this in a highly dynamic interactive online group environment.( it really won’t be for the fainthearted ) This will be for people who really want to move forward and make 2010 the year when their life really starts to take shape and they achieve the success they wish to.

If you would like to find out about being coached by me for one hour once a month then please get in touch with Stacey Melvin at staceymelvin@noble-manhattan.com

 Lots of love

Eynsham Hall is going to be the spectacular

Wednesday, September 16th, 2009

Eynsham Hall is going to be the spectacular backdrop for our Residential Coach Training Programme on Thursday and I am thrilled to be participating in this exciting event. We’ve got over 30 students attending from all over the world and will have eight staff members on hand to facilitate. That’s a high ratio I know, but something that we always do at Noble Manhattan. Dawn Campbell, head of our Business for Coaches Division and Yasmin Mukadam, international head of our Coaching Tools Division will be there too and I’m looking forward to spending time with them to discuss our exciting plans for the future.

You probably heard about the new initiative we launched a few weeks ago to help all of our students and coaches worldwide build a financially strong coaching practice. Well, “Tidal Wave of Clients” has been seeing some amazing success! In fact, we now have many coaches receiving daily requests for information regarding their coaching services jumping tremendously! This program has proven so successful that we are opening it up to any coach or any student worldwide, no matter where they trained, as part of our commitment to help the coaching community. I’d love to have you be a part of this great experience, so visit the “Tidal Wave of Clients” site now and get started!

When we all got together at Noble Manhattan we realized that we are growing faster than expected throughout the world. This creates a challenge for us and an opportunity for our friends who are looking for a way to be a part of a wonderful and growing partnership. I’m inviting you to visit our site to get more information on how you can become a member of the Noble Manhattan family. We are now expanding to many countries throughout the world and it would be great fun to take advantage of the opportunity to become a part of the Nobel Manhattan family and start a lucrative career at the same time.

Big life merges with Noble Manhattan

Monday, July 27th, 2009

Noble Manhattan, Europe’s leading life coaching company has announced its takeover of Big Life a world leading organization for coaching support.  Under this new agreement, Noble Manhattan will take over the operations of Big life  and have a revenue sharing agreement with Big Life promoters for all business generated through the Big life brand. With this coming together of two of the biggest life coaching organizations better life coaching programmes will be offered to clients.   Gerard O’Donovan the C.E.O. of Noble Manhattan said that this is a unique event in the life coaching industry. This collaboration will create the world’s largest online community of coaching support completely devoted helping students and life coaches to build a thriving profitable coaching practice.  This strategic decision was taken by the management of both Noble Manhattan and Big Life to leverage on each others strengths and deliver the best coaching support services to professional coaches. The coming together of Big life and Noble Manhattan’s very own support services “Business for Coaches”  will benefit members of both these organizations. Coaches registered with Big life are automatically entitled to full membership benefits of “Business for Coaches” and vice-versa at no extra cost.

The decision has been widely appreciated by coaches, students and the overall coaching community who have termed this deal as the merger of equals. While announcing the partnership Mr. O’Donovan said that the circumstances leading to this deal were not very happy. After the untimely demise of Victory Darwin who was the founder of Big life and one of the most influential life coaches in America, the management of Big life and Noble Manhattan decided to merge the two businesses. Paying his tributes to Victory Darwin, Mr. O’Donovan said that he was one of the most respected life coaches who had created a niche for Big life. His untimely death would not leave his dreams of building a great coaching support system unfulfilled. A detailed plan would be chalked out on how to integrate the operations of the two organizations. At present ‘business as usual’ status would be maintained and both the organizations would function as separate entities.  The integration of the different functions of Big life and “Business for coaches” would happen within the next 2 quarters.

Mr. O’Donovan said that the merger of two powerful brands in the same business is a challenge. In this case, both the companies have lot of synergies which will make the deal much simpler. Big life will be able to make its programmes more popular in Europe and Noble Manhattan will get a better foothold in the Americas where Big life is a leading coaching support organization. The integration process has already been set in motion with Big life coaches getting successful coaching leads from Noble Manhattan and vice versa. A dedicated team comprising of senior associates from both the organizations have been set-up to smoothly integrate the functions of the two organizations.

Noble Manhattan can now offer a broader array of coaching programmes for clients. Clients can also choose from more life coaches and students for their personal coaching programmes. Coaching requirements of individuals are very specific and with this merger Noble Manhattan and Big life will be able to do much more justice to their clients. Mr. O’Donovan said that life coaches, students, clients and the entire life coaching community would see many more specialized offerings from the merged entities. He made a special note to the members of both the organizations in making this deal a successful one.

Ongoing online branding programme

Wednesday, March 4th, 2009

Well, as part of my online branding programme.  I have submitted another five articles today to a number of article submission cites.  I have also linked twitter to my blog (I like the way that looks) and have also linked Ezinearticles both to my blog and to three of my social networking sites, face book, my space , linkedin.  All in all things are going according to plan.  On the one article submission side alone, I have had over 1900 hits in the last three months.  I think that’s quite good (isn’t it?) still a lot more to do. I find am spending approximately one hour a day on this project .
