Training to be a coach
It’s been an exciting week here at Noble Manhattan. I’ve been asked by several of the people I’ve encountered this week to share information about what is involved in training to be a life coach. The steps to become a coach are vital so have been designed to provide you with all of the knowledge, expertise, and support that you will need to help others achieve their highest potential and reach their goals.
The programme provided to gain certification as a coach is divided into two main sections. Section 1 provides you with the knowledge and training you need to begin a professional career as a coach. The training includes one on one training, e-courses, lectures and real-life practice which will provide you with the foundation and skills that will give you an excellent foundation and the confidence to become successful. Section 2 will expand on the knowledge and skills you developed previously and is a three day residential programme with each day packed with learning opportunities which will help you to expand your range of expertise with your coaching clients.
There is more to training to be a coach than just the coursework and certification though. Nobel Manhattan is dedicated to providing each individual training to be a coach with all of the support they need to be successful. To that end, once an individual joins the programme they become part of an information network which includes becoming a member of the Coaching E-group where individuals can talk about issues, ideas, or receive support from other coaches; Receive weekly email updates bringing the latest information regarding coaching practices; Have a personal support coach who will help you with any challenges that may arise during your coaching experience; Monthly coaching support groups; and, much more. Once a person becomes a coach there are even more tools made available to assist them in being successful.
As I often tell people who ask, training to be a coach is not something that is done on a whim. It takes dedication and effort. But, this effort is rewarded endlessly by the number of people that are aided by the coaches who are there are form. This rewarding profession is available to anyone who wishes to pursue training to be a coach.

Greatings, Ugh, I liked! So clear and positively.
