You may be interested to know that over the years I as an individual coach and of course my company Noble Manhattan Coaching have used a number of different CRM ( customer relationship management) packages. Many of them we have found to be quite good and some absolutely terrible.

However having researched the market very thoroughly indeed over the last two years I’ve come to the conclusion that the absolute leader in the field is InfusionSoft.

I have moved over to it personally to run my own coaching business, and Noble Manhattan Coaching has also started using it as an organisation.

I honestly cannot recommend it strongly enough.
