Noble Manhattan is delighted to have trained the wonderful new ‘Coaching Support Group Leaders’. These new leaders will help Noble Manhattan’s worldwide strategy of launching coaching in all major towns and cities.

The strategy was created with the goal of helping anyone interested in personal development. It also aims to become a resource for the community so that coaching will be readily available to anyone and everyone who wants to have a better life. In addition, the leaders are also tasked to help existing coaches and student coaches to become better.

The newest leaders to join the Noble Manhattan family were Gergana Cappio and Iulian Luca. Gergana will be launching in the city of Plovdiv in Bulgaria, while Iulian will be starting in the city of Galati in Romania.

Gergana

The city of Plovdiv in Bulgaria can benefit from Gergana’s leadership when it comes to coaching. The city is the second largest in the country of Bulgaria, and Gergana will definitely find a lot of professionals who’ll need executive coaching. In addition, anyone in the community looking to improve their lives can approach Gergana as well. Coaches in the region can also approach her and get her opinion and expertise.

Iulian

In the city of Galati in Romania, Iulian will be the leader that other coaches and student coaches can look up to. In one of the largest economic centers of Romania, he will be the lead in promoting the benefits of coaching. Iulian will also be a great help for professionals and any person from the community who wants to improve their lives and achieve their goals.

Both Gergana and Iulian will surely do a great job of being the leaders of coaching in each of their respective regions.

Got up at 3 AM this morning in order to get a taxi to the airport and fly back to Luton.

Arrived back at the office at 12 noon. This has been my longest extended trip without a break for quite some time, (13 days) and it really is nice to be able to see everyone in the team again. ( even though I don’t suppose they really missed me)

Last night I attended the Coaching Support Group in Warsaw. I have to say it was the best run group I have yet seen. Adam, is doing a magnificent job. It was run like a military operation. In fact he had to turn people away, over 40 people wanted to come and there was only room for 35.

He is demonstrating real organisational skills and great leadership.

I did a presentation on Shamanic Coaching and the power of energy when working closely with the client.

I also took the opportunity of letting everyone know that they can now have a free membership of Big Lif3e (www.biglife.ws)

And the fact that we will be launching Colour Coaching early in the New Year.that went down really well.

Working with Allan and Wendy scoping out a great strategy for helping ALL coaches in Canada. What great people to work with.

I am so looking forward to being instrumental in putting together a great supportive and caring home for all Coaches and Student Coaches in Canada over the next 2 to 3 months.

It will mean that I will have to travel there on quite a number of occasions. looking forward to that
