Noble Manhattan the leaders in life coaching and mind shift therapy have launched their operations in Canada on July 4, 2009. A full fledged office was opened in the town of Windsor in Southern Ontario.  Speaking on the launch of the new office, Mr. Gerard O’Donovan the founder and C.E.O. said that Canada offers a unique opportunity to launch specialized programmes in coach training and personal development. He also announced Allan Wilson as Noble Manhattan’s new licensed distributor in Canada.  Allan will be responsible for making the Noble’s coaching programmes popular across different parts of Canada and North America and also managing the operations. The first “Introduction to Coaching” seminar was formally launched to a full house, marking the start of operations. Many questions from aspiring coaches were answered by Mr. O’Donovan who is a leading figure in the field of Executive Coaching and life development.

The Canada office will be staffed by experienced coaches, having many years of experience. Coaches from Noble Manhattan’s UK office will be frequently visiting the new center to share knowledge on the latest programmes. New Executive coaching programmes will also be developed out of the Canadian office.  All the coaches who have joined Noble Manhattan’s operations in Canada are trained as per the company’s training programme for coaches. Mr. O’Donovan has taken personal interest to ensure that all the coaches who operate out of Canada adhere to the highest standards of coaching practices. The first batches of students have already started with their coaching sessions which are being delivered by experienced coaches from UK as well as Canadian coaches.

After the launch in Windsor, Introduction events and Training will be held in different parts of Canada on a monthly basis. The schedule of these trainings will be published in advance. Soon after the launch of operations, there has been a flood of queries from many aspiring coaches across the country. Mr. O’Donovan expressed confidence that executive coaching and life development programmes will have a new definition for the Canadian people. Noble Manhattan as one of the leading coaching organizations continuously researches on developing new programmes which benefit thousands of people across the globe. Investment will be made for improving infrastructure, coach training and in developing high quality coaching programmes. It will help to establish the Noble Manhattan brand in Canada.

Before launching the Canadian operations, a fair amount of research been done to find out the kind of coaching requirements that are most suitable in the country. The programmes being launched are aligned to these requirements but adhering to the high standards of Noble Manhattan. Feedback from coaches and students will also be taken into consideration while launching new programmes.  Certified coaches will be extended all support to launch their independent coaching business. Noble Manhattan, Europe’s leading life coaching company has announced its takeover of Big Life a world leading organization for coaching support.  Under this new agreement, Noble Manhattan will take over the operations of Big life  and have a revenue sharing agreement with Big Life promoters for all business generated through the Big life brand. With this coming together of two of the biggest life coaching organizations better life coaching programmes will be offered to clients.   Gerard O’Donovan the C.E.O. of Noble Manhattan said that this is a unique event in the life coaching industry. This collaboration will create the world’s largest online community of coaching support completely devoted helping students and life coaches to build a thriving profitable coaching practice.  This strategic decision was taken by the management of both Noble Manhattan and Big Life to leverage on each others strengths and deliver the best coaching support services to professional coaches. The coming together of Big life and Noble Manhattan’s very own support services “Business for Coaches”  will benefit members of both these organizations. Coaches registered with Big life are automatically entitled to full membership benefits of “Business for Coaches” and vice-versa at no extra cost.

The decision has been widely appreciated by coaches, students and the overall coaching community who have termed this deal as the merger of equals. While announcing the partnership Mr. O’Donovan said that the circumstances leading to this deal were not very happy. After the untimely demise of Victory Darwin who was the founder of Big life and one of the most influential life coaches in America, the management of Big life and Noble Manhattan decided to merge the two businesses. Paying his tributes to Victory Darwin, Mr. O’Donovan said that he was one of the most respected life coaches who had created a niche for Big life. His untimely death would not leave his dreams of building a great coaching support system unfulfilled. A detailed plan would be chalked out on how to integrate the operations of the two organizations. At present ‘business as usual’ status would be maintained and both the organizations would function as separate entities.  The integration of the different functions of Big life and “Business for coaches” would happen within the next 2 quarters.

Mr. O’Donovan said that the merger of two powerful brands in the same business is a challenge. In this case, both the companies have lot of synergies which will make the deal much simpler. Big life will be able to make its programmes more popular in Europe and Noble Manhattan will get a better foothold in the Americas where Big life is a leading coaching support organization. The integration process has already been set in motion with Big life coaches getting successful coaching leads from Noble Manhattan and vice versa. A dedicated team comprising of senior associates from both the organizations have been set-up to smoothly integrate the functions of the two organizations.

Noble Manhattan can now offer a broader array of coaching programmes for clients. Clients can also choose from more life coaches and students for their personal coaching programmes. Coaching requirements of individuals are very specific and with this merger Noble Manhattan and Big life will be able to do much more justice to their clients. Mr. O’Donovan said that life coaches, students, clients and the entire life coaching community would see many more specialized offerings from the merged entities. The new Meaningful Change weight loss programme launched by Noble Manhattan coaching is yielding results for many people who have joined this new programme. Announcing this to the press, Mr. Gerard O’Donovan the CEO of Noble Manhattan said that data collected so far from participants of the programme has shown encouraging results.  Within a short period of time, members of the programme who were fighting the problem with weight have found a better way to a healthier life. Participants have revealed that they have enjoyed their summers by indulging in ice-creams and soaking up the good weather on the beaching on the beach.  The weight loss programme enables people to understand and resolve complex beliefs and attitudes in a way that will create a meaningful change. It is very different from other weight loss techniques which focus on eating less or physical activity.  Mr. O’Donovan said that it is a unique programme specifically focusing on mind shift therapy.

The barbeque parties which many of the participants had to skip earlier as part of their rigorous weight loss regime have become regular again. Many male participants have said that their earlier weight loss programmes with a strict diet regime prevented them from enjoying the warm summer evenings and sizzling food. However, after joining the Meaningful Change programme they have started enjoying their summer evenings with marinated barbeque, wine and dance. All these factors have made the participants convinced that the programme is revolutionary different from other conventional weight loss programmes. The efforts of the company in establishing the Polish operations have already met with a fair amount of success.
