Well, what an interesting and fascinating week it has been so far. I am writing this from my hotel bedroom in Bucharest in Romania. Packing right now and getting ready to go to Warsaw in Poland.

I am currently at the residential training course at Eynsham Hall near Oxford . We have fantastic men and women who have flown in from all over the world
