Well, what an interesting and fascinating week it has been so far. I am writing this from my hotel bedroom in Bucharest in Romania. Packing right now and getting ready to go to Warsaw in Poland.

It was cold when I arrived at the airport this morning, -6° and has continually got colder throughout the day

.So I did what any good self-respecting life coach would do, I took myself off to my favourite café in Warsaw,

Last night I attended the Coaching Support Group in Warsaw. I have to say it was the best run group I have yet seen.

Today I had a really great experience, went out for a walk and a coffee this morning and found about five fantastic bookshops one after another. I couldn’t resist buying some more books.
